In this book, written in 1987, there are several predictions one of which says
that "Spirit will use different technologies" below is an extract from the
excellent site from Victor Zammit - see links page, and this shows it is now happening. "Our recent travels to France and England confirm and reinforce our acceptance of the afterlife. The evidence is there for any genuine person who wants to seek the truth about the afterlife. We sat with four different 'physical circles' and each time the afterlife - the beings there - made it clear they wanted to tell us something about their existence. One most striking aspect of these meetings was that the mediums were not working with ectoplasm, but with a 'new energy.' At one stage in France, during an afternoon session, one of the windows was slightly open bringing in the afternoon light. Yet, John Sloan (Arthur Findlays's medium when they were on physical earth) and Jonathan Sinclair - and others came through from the afterlife. That would certainly not have occurred if the medium, Tom Morris, was working with ectoplasm. We have been told that great things will be done with this new 'physical' energy as they are being done with ectoplasm. Several circles have been told that some time in the future there will be materializations in natural light. How soon this is going to be we do not know yet - we've been told that scientists in the afterlife are working on it. When that happens there will be the greatest spiritual revolution in history since these days we have advanced electronic equipment that was sadly missing in the days of the great materialization mediums of the past." |
Summerland A Novel Channeled by Leo Bonomo At 'baseline' Summerland is an enjoyable, action-packed story. At the next level it is allegoric, exploring the different types of experiences people have as they or their loved ones pass over. Throughout the chapters we are provided with insights into questions about existence and the ways in which spiritual forces communicate with and support us. At its 'pinnacle' this is a novel which provides comforting, accessible guidance direct from spirit. Set in England 1987, the character-based story employs plenty of colloquial, dialectal dialogue which adds 'colour' and humour to the reading experience. Spirit even uses the odd cliché and stereotype to appeal to and amuse, or perhaps stir the reader. We meet the main character fourteen-year-old Alex, as a mischievous teen and follow him through death and a small sequence of his soul's spiritual progression. We meet other souls and helpers and, interestingly, view the process of human to spirit communication (or median-ship) from the perspective of spirit. There are moments of spiritual ecstasy as the key character (Alex) experiences the love of God, the good of the universe, or whatever you choose to define and align your own spiritual connection with. The story shifts quickly from one scene to the next as a reader follows Alex through episodic plot-bytes. Each one has suspense. Each one has clear messages and humanitarian themes. The reader experiences omniscience along with the soul of Alex, as the nature of time, space and form become fluid in the realm of spirit. Knowledge and togetherness are important in Alex's spirit home. He spends time in the libraries and halls of learning, he meets fellows and guides who help him. He pledges to serve. Musician, Jimi Hendrix features in the novel, illustrating the concepts of astral projection and sound and colour healing. The way in which messages from spirit are delivered is explored within popular culture and the overall premise is, (hearteningly) that we may be becoming increasingly receptive to the guidance of spirit. In summation, Summerland melds a discussion and presentation of spiritual ascension with a grounded, 'nitty gritty' character-driven exploration of human nature and mortality. It will hold your attention from beginning to end. It's a great read! Book Review by Shelley - October 2010 |

I am a great admirer of Jimi Hendrix. I know that he was a medium not only because
of the subject matter he wrote about but his mastery of music which has still
never been come close to except for Carlos Satana and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Bleow is an excerpt from my book soon to be republished I hope, which shows the connection. For the full dialogue you will, of , have to buy the book. This is taken from the chapter "Gypsy Boy and Others Things. "In all fields of development Gods truth serge's forward, even through music yes, even music is a powerful force on its own much debt is owed to musicians, most recently is Jimi Hendrix. "Jimi Hendrix" gasped Alex "Ah yes" she remarked, "an extraordinary man, not least for his qualities of Mediumship." Maria's look gained his admiration in an instant. "You're a fan?" asked Alex "Yes very much so, his inspirational playing for guitar was second to none, and as you will find his words gave a special message too, mostly though" she said sadly, "These were overlooked. I remember a one song concert after Martin Luther King passed, it was at the Newark Auditorium, and thinly disguised as a "song for a friend," it left the stadium in tears." Alex could hear the music playing in her head "You may think his playing was at times ferocious, very unspiritual, songs like Machine gun or Star Spangled Banner, with all the bombs and rockets going off and the guitar screaming. However, Jimi was portraying in his "sound pictures" the very real agony of war, the whistling of shells, the dying agonised screams of men before the final stages of passing. Although not all of his songs told of the harsh realities of war as you have found." "Tell me about the Star Spangled Banner, it was an instrumental wasn't it?" "Yes, well that's very interesting, you see it's the pride of America, the National Anthem, but, as was common in those days Jimi cleverly and subtly turned it into a protest song" Alex interrupted "A protest song, how?" "It cleverly conjures up the pictures of America the beautiful, America the great, all peaceful...happy...then you see the other side of the nation, it could be any nation, again portraying the dying, those wounded in battle, the inglorious side of war. The sheer volume of power, destruction and hate." Maria's eyes filled with tears and the first tear ran slowly down her cheek, it sparkled as though instead of reflecting light it was light; it fell to the ground, bursting into a million shards of light. From where it had impacted, a beautiful flower grew. They both turned away and walked back slowly toward the ward. A new patient was due soon, "You must read more Alex, there is so much for you to learn...did you know that colour heals?" she asked "Yes" he said, quietly wondering why she asked such a simple question. "Did you also know that music heals? Because each note has its own vibration and colour?" The meaning hit him directly, " Hopefully this has wet your appetite? |
Did you know Jimi Hendrix was a Medium? This is mentioned in my book. I have of course
been in touch with the Jimi Hendrix estate and they have not opposed the
reference's in my book. Please scroll down to the bottom to read a small part of the chapter... |
Q magazine, June 1992. A quote from Alan Douglas. 'I've never met anyone else who I've thought was, in truth, a medium as a musician. I've met mediums before. His ideas or whatever they were, controlled him to the boundaries of his talent, which seemed boundless. Yet he was always frustrated. Never got it the way he wanted it. If he had today's technology, he might have got down what he was thinking about then. His frustration was more with the hardware than with conceptual flow. He couldn't get out of the guitar or the control room what he was thinking. The world around him was where the limitations were; not in his own mind. He was way beyond himself'. He (Alan Douglas) also said 'You could be in a conversation and all of a sudden his eyes would glaze over and your talking to yourself. He was gone, completely taken over by the ideas that were flowing through him all the time. It might happen at dinner. He'd be poised with his silverware in his hand for five minutes. After a while, when you knew him well enough, when that happened you just learned to walk away and leave him to come back. He couldn't control his own ideas. The flow was enormous and constant. This could happen ten times in a three or four hour period'. |
